Migrate from Zendesk to Service Management with File Attachments

How do you migrate from Zendesk to Jira Service Management without data loss?

Speifically, if the Zendesk tickets must be migrated via CSV (as most advice indicates), how do you move attached files from the legacy Zendesk tickets to the migrated Jira Service Management tickets?

Consider using an automated tool to migrate data from Zendesk to Jira Service Management, including ticket attachments.

It’s available on the Atlassian Marketplace and offers a free Demo Migration to verify the process.

Hi @Richard Kroon welcome to the community!  Are you currently using the Marketplace app for this migration?  Take a look at this link.  It specifically talks about migrating attachments.

I'm not sure if it uses a CSV file, but I'm guessing not if it's an app you can get on the Atlassian Marketplace.  

Check it out and see if it'll do what you're looking for.

Agree with @Dan Breyen  - Your best bet is to use the app to do that migration - it will save you money in the long run.
