Migrating Jira Service Management projects to cloud

Using the JCMA to migrate projects into the cloud, but I got the error below. I read from another post that Jira cloud site import is no longer available for use for less than 1000 users. 

Anyone with an idea of how to process with the cloud migration?

The Jira Cloud Migration Assistant is unable to migrate Jira Service Management projects.
You will not see them in the project list. Your Jira Service Management agents will still be migrated.

Assuming that you are migrating Server/DC → Cloud

First check

and try not to confuse Site Import vs JCMA, they are 100% different :)

If you are still having issues and the documentation does not help, I strongly recommend getting a support partner involved to assist. Migrations can be very complicated.
