We are migrating from Salesforce Service Cloud to JSM. I have been able to migrate all the case data(fields, etc.) from Salesforce to JSM via a csv upload. However, the emails and comments on cases is proving to be more difficult. We need to have the back and forth communications between support agents and customers attached to the correct issue in JSM to maintain our history of case resolution and have that archive of how issues were resolved. Has anyone run into this same issue? How did you extract the emails and comments from salesforce and migrate them into comments on the JSM issues?
