Mindpro Insights - How to fix "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'id')"

Does anyone here haver ever faced this kind of issue when using Mindpro Insights?

When I try to get data from one Service management project it returns error:


Cannot read properties of null (reading 'id')

But, when I try to get data from another SM project with shared configurations, it works.
