Missing Dashboard

Hello

After Re-run Jira Service,Dashboard(private or shared) of some user doesn't shown,screen is white and there is not any information in this screen ,even any gadget in dashboard screen,
and dashboard's menu button doesn't have any "Dashboard Name" and "dashboard Management" buttons.

How fix this problem?
