Missing oAuth from menu

Hi, I'm trying to configure oAuth 2.0, but it is missing from the system list.  I'm a jira-administrator, i'm running https.

Version 8.22.1 of jira core, 4.22.1 jira service manager.

Please help!

Since Jira 4.22/8.22 version, the OAuth 2.0 was migrated to be under the Application links.

Here at the Jira 4.22 upgrade notes, you will see more detailed information about it.

In addition to that, if you are running the Jira Server and not the DC version, you probably will have issues while configuring a custom service provider option due to a known BUG.
