Maybe we are doing something wrong, I don't know. Is it possible to enable this and I'm missing it?
As you can see here in the image, the request participants section already has the functionality to support a popup. I've moused over the 365 group and it pops up a little bubble repeating the email. The users however, no popup. These are our users in our tickets being viewed by the agent that is working the ticket. With thousands of users there are obviously duplicate names and there is no way to tell which one is which.
If I haven't missed something and there is no way to enable this feature, please vote on this topic I found discussing the same issue or Atlassian won't even look at it. It will just get closed due to 'limited demand'
An additional note; if you click in the request participants box to add a person, as you type, all the users that come up are by email. All of the users with that name, populate.
John.smith@domain.com
John.smith2@domain.com
John.smith3@domain.com
Once selected, of course they revert to simply John Smith. You could have all three John Smiths there and they would look identical.
