Move External Comments to Internal Comments

Hi Community ,

Do anyone has an idea how to move in bulk external  comments to internal comments in tickets in Jira service Management project ?

This would need to be done via the API. I have had to do this when importing via CSV.

From where in Jira Cloud can I access to the API and what I need to do ?
