Move a field in request types

Hi Everyone, In the attached image you will see the fields called instructions and '29/07/2022 new form' Form. I need both of these to appear in the box below department. Drag it won't work you will see there is a fine line for the forms which I need it to go above that line

When you add "Form" configuration setup in your Request type "Request Form", it is not possible because from the "Request Form" UI, the "Form" itself is an separate object and not just a regular JSM issue's field.

I was afraid of that. I have a 3rd part app that is not displaying the form field due to it not been native to Jira and was apparently acquired after the fact. But thanks for your response
