Move "Create Linked Issue" to the main panel.

Hi there,

As you probably know, the option "Create Linked Issue" in Cloud is now under Link issue - is there a way to move that somewhere else? Like in the main menu of a ticket?

Is there any way of doing this - doesn't matter if it's a plugin or a custom solution.
