Move tickets

Hi there,

Could you please advise how I can move all tickets from one component to another one? I want to delete the old one and move all its 1801 tickets to another existing component of the same project. I entered in the new component and tried with "import issues from CSV", chose the Project, got to the "Map fields" and the button "next" is not available. Actually I do not know what to put in the Map fields.

Instead of Import issues from CSV, have you tried Bulk change all 1,000 issues?  If the component is the only thing to change, you just have to change that field.

thanks @Robert Wen_Cprime_ this way I'm able to move ticket to another project or issue type. I did not see the option for changing component.
