My Account Suspended Due to Incomplete Billing Detail

Dear all,

How to enter billing detail and add payment method, the page always redirect to page saying that I need to complete billing details, so confusing that the link is bring back to the same page.

So confuse how to enter payment method page, no link to support page just to submit my question.

Need advise, thank you.

If you need to add a credit card, these are the steps:

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.

2. From the side navigation, select Payment method.

3. Select Add payment details.

4. Add your credit card information and select Confirm.

You need to be at least a billing admin in order to manage your payment methods.
