My Approvals in the JSD Portal

Functional Approval, Technical Approval, Client Approval.

In the portal, the functional approver, is seeing all the tickets to approve, when he selects "Waiting My Approvals", he keeps appearing all the tickets that must be approved, and not only his.

How can I do so that I only see their related approvals, and not all.

Hi, I have a similar issue, however the approver customer field has no users listed. The project lead sees all the pending approvals for the whole project, however he only wants to see requests pending his approval.

How can he just see his approvals?

Can you look at the 'approver' custom field for each of these approval categories and see if the functional approver is configured in all of the approver fields. Or, if you have a single approver field where all approvers are listed then that would explain the observed behavior.
