We brought over all of our historic tickets, supporting comments, and attachments. At the time, we were not sure how to identify "internal" comments in Jira Service Desk, After our migration, it is evident that we would like to go back and flag the comments that we know are "internal". We believe we can identify these and have been using a REST API to retrieve these specific tickets/comments. However, our reading shows us conflicting information regarding the field 'jsdPublic' on the comment object. Some information we find states that regardless of whether it is set to 'true' or 'false', the comment is still 'visible' to all. We would like some way to go back and flag these known comments as "internal" using an API program. Can someone point us in the correct direction. Please be as specific and technical as you can. Our end goal is to get these comments back into a state of 'INTERNAL'
