Navigator tab and many project setting information are disappear

Today I opened my project in Jira service management and found that navigator field look different. It is showing only issues and filters. Normally I will show tab "customer" "report" "knowledge" and many more. when I choose project setting It shocked me as many fields in project setting are disappear such as request type, portal setting. Feature in project setting are disable while I do nothing. please kindly help me urgently as I need to use it on my daily operation.

For the first issue, try clicking on 'Back to project' so that it shows channels, reports and knowledge etc.,

Go to project settings -> Details and check the type of the project if it is service management/ software.
