Need Help in Automation

Hello Team,

I have a query regarding automation. Below are the details.

I have three custom fields 1 is "ABC", 2nd one is "JKL" and 3rd one is "XYZ".  In that ABC custom filed have 28 values. When I am going to create JSM Service Request, JKL and XYZ values are to be automatically updated when I am selecting ABC filed.

But here JKL have only one value and XYZ have 28 values. 

Kindly help me on this ASAP.

Hi Ramesh- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What do you meant by those fields are automatically updated? A set value is placed into each one? If so, are you expecting that the user could update these prior to submitting a form? 

Or a new list of values for each field is needed based on the value of the first field? 

How many values are there in ABC field?

Hi John, Thank you for responding!

Yes, I want to be update JKL and XYZ values based on the ABC filed values. That means if select any ABC field value. But here some time I have to select two values in ABC filed.

ABC filed have 27 values.
JKL have onely one values(user picker)
XYZ have 27 values.

For reference I have attached screenshot, please go through that.

I am afraid that is too many values to try to deal with all of the unique combinations for Automation to do this.
