Can I anyone write the code of JSON for retrieving the Group Members Account ID or Email Address.?

You mean you want the endpoint of the REST API to get the users, right? If so, did you try this https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-group-and-user-picker/#api-rest-api-3-groupuserpicker-get ?
