I’d like to request new features in our Jira Service Desk. Specifically, can we develop a Microsoft request ptaorl in our Jira service desk? This will allow users to submit tickets related to any issues and requests they have with Microsoft applications, such as Outlook, Teams, PowerBI, and more. This should also include requests for licenses, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, etc.
