I want to add some customers to my organization, is it possible to create a customer without sending Invitation mail to them or any other way to restrict that mail ?
@Melina RAMPERSANDS Before adding them go to project settings > customer notifications and disable the customer invite notification.

@Melina RAMPERSANDS You can change portal only users passwords https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/change-password-for-portal-only-customers/ If they use their email on any other Atlassian product then you will not be able to do this after you add them as a customer.
