New JSM free account, cannot add customers

New JSM account

added one agent and one test customer

out of the box, customers can’t create tickets, fixed that

Now ready to sign up (internal) customers (same domain as initial agent and customer)

add customer, joe@domain.co.uk (no special characters, just text)

”error, email address not valid”

 

huh??
