I'm trialling the new navigation for our helpdesk project in JSM currently, and cannot find the link to view a ticket in the portal that existed in the old navigation. It used to be located directly beneath the ticket title when viewing the ticket in the project, but now seems to be nowhere at all.
Please let me know if this feature is still available, or if it has been removed. If possible we would like to know if it will be re-added, if it has been removed, please?
Answering myself: Seems it has been enabled since I raised this, as it's appeared back where it was previously.
