We have a customer who added a colleague as a watcher on a ticket, but the colleague isn’t receiving any notifications when the ticket is updated.
Has anyone experienced something similar or know what might be causing this?
Is the colleague the only one not receiving notifications? I'd check the personal settings - see https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/.
Is everyone (or at least more than one user) not receiving notifications as watchers? I'd check the project's notification scheme (company-managed project) - see https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-notification-schemes/ - or internal notifications (team-managed project) via the project settings.
