No puedo asignar Incidencias a un Usuario

No me permite asignar incidencias a un usuario en especifico, a pesar de tener la misma Función dentro del Proyecto

Hi @Kevin Hañari , I think you are missing a global permission, not a project permission.

Please ask someone with Jira Software Product Administrator access to give you this global permission -

And then I think you should be able to browse and assign issues to other users.
