There is a field that was automatically generated on the Form screen that's named "What is the employee name?". This is not a custom field that I created. It does not appear that I can remove the field; so, I decided to use "What is the employee name" field as the Preferred Name field. However, I noticed that field does not display under the 'Queues' General Tab for the project.
Hi @DeAnne Russ ,
Please can you share an image of this field that you've mentioned, perhaps that will help identify what it does.
Also, does this field show you a user drop down? and when changed updates the Reporter as per the value mentioned in it? If so, then this is change needs to be done via the permission scheme, you'll have to revoke the "Change Reporter" permission from the JSM Customers.
I've attached a image of the field. Also, it's a required. field. No, it is not a drop down field.

Hi @DeAnne Russ ,
Based on what you've mentioned I cannot make out what that field is either. Would recommend this approach :

You also mentioned "add it to the General Tab under the Queues section", not quite sure what you mean by General Tab? Is this a custom queue that you've created? Or are you looking to add the field as a column to the view?

I was able to rename the field and thank you. I would like the data entered in the "What is the Employee Name" field to display on the Queue's screen -- see screen shot below. The field is not listed under More Fields when I expand the list. Where can I find the "What is the Employee Name" field that's displayed on the form? Also, I created a custom field with the same name that's listed on the form and the field does not populate with the data that was entered on the Form screen.
The screen shout list the tabs (General, BGC Details and etc) that I created.

I think I figured out the problem. It's the Summary field and we cannot change it. Maybe I will add a brief summary and create a new field.
Thanks
