Not able to edit "labels" field in the new view in Service Desk

We using Jira Cloud.

We are not able to edit the "label" field in the new view from this morning in Jira Service Desk. If I change the view to old view. I am able to update and edit the field.

In Jira Core iam able to edit the "label" field.

A loot of processes working with labels.
We don't changed  at the View or "label" since yesterday.

Since i write this, it will work again.
Admin doing nothing.

Maybe the problem ist part off the Atlassian Email

New hot shit: Now we are not able to edit the "reporter" field in the new view in Jira Service Desk.

same problem here! we couldn't edit labels this morning, then it came back magically! And now once again I cannot change my labels!

There was a reported incident but was show to be fixed.
