I have a team managed service project and I need to remove the option to create a request that is type Email Request and I am not able to. I was able to disable it but it still appears in the create button.
Hi @Moraima Valle ! Here is an excerpt from the official information:
To delete a request type:
From your service project, select Project settings, then Request management, then Request types.
Select the request type you want to delete from the list on the left.
Select More actions (...) next to the request type’s name, then Delete request type.
If you have requests that use that type, we'll warn you about them. You'll have to change their type to something that you actually use in your service project, or else things can break. Don't worry, Jira Service Management will walk you through how to update those requests, if needed.
Note that it's not possible to delete the Email request request type, and that there must be at least two request types (in addition to the Email request) before a request type can be deleted.
Read about this bug and the related feature request.

Email request is the one I need to delete but it does not show the ... to be able to delete it.
Regards,
Moraima

I understand, but as stated above, there is no such technical possibility. But you can vote for this feature - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-10721
I hope it helps! Have a good day!
