Since a few months now, I don't receive any more notification emails when someone comments a card that I am the reporter of. I am a Service Desk agent and this used to work fine. Same thing happened a month ago for a customer of the platform, which is more problematic. He doesn't remember having done anything on his mailbox to filter those.
We do receive emails from SD when an issue is created though.
I have changed the sending email to make sure gmail was not filtering it. But no luck.
I can't find what is blocking it now, from the JIRA notification helper I should be receiving those. And other Service Desk agents do get notified.
Has anyone heard of a similar issue? How could I debug this?
