My business has started to use JSM, and according to the pricing and features page of JSM the free/standard version of JSM which we have should include "Manage and respond to incoming alerts with routing rules, escalation policies, and on-call schedules.". It i specifically the on call schedules we want, but the rest also. Right now i can only see an option to manage this with OpsGenie on our page, which we are not interested in using. Why is the feature not avaliable?

You can go to your JSM project settings and activate the On-call feature.
This is a part of the build-in opsgenie in JSM, and is available to free and standard plans.
