Hi!
Currently using Service Management Cloud. We created an organization and added about 1k customers. It looks as tho the display is limited to 250 customers/organization only.
Any records far beyond 250 are not displayed but still exist.
This is a known issue, please see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9376. At this time, Atlassian doesn't have a fix to address the issue. I would recommend you to add yourself a watcher to the ticket.
In the meantime, you will need to use search criteria to see the user information because all users information are there in the system. "Use the filter search on the organization page to filter and see the remaining ones."
