We are looking to integrate Jira Service Management with MS Teams.
In the General Channel where people can submit service requests, we want to prevent users from being able to post comments in the channel. If they can post comments, I believe they will just post comments rather than raise tickets via + > Assist > Raise Request.
Is there anyway to lock this down?
