Hello,

I'm struggling to find a way of making mycompany.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals a publicly accessible website requiring no user account or log in information.

In essence I want anyone with that link to be able to open a ticket using a form I created - no login needed, no account creation, nothing

Project settings are set to open,

in the admin.atlassian.net under any domain i have Jira service management under "Customer"

Thanks

Hey @RZ

I don't think this is possible, because how would you know who the customer is?

Jira needs an account to be able to set a reporter.

If you don't want users to create their own accounts but have ones created for them, you are limiting yourself to email requests.

Thanks.

Aaron.
