Quick question - do the organisation permissions supersede the project permissions?
i.e. if the Browse Project permission is set to Service Project Customer - Portal Access but they're not in the organisation in the project, they won't have access?
No Based on the permission scheme access is determined.
The Organisation feature is for ordering user in a group, based on the custom permissions set on a JSM project customers can only share tickets with customers in their organisation or other organisations or any customer on the project.
