is there a way to see which agents are currently logged in besides me?

It's not about forcibly controlling work behaviour - as we're all on the same level anyway (no manager <-> subordinate). Rather, it's about to see, which of my collegues we can assign Issues to on this day.

currently, a standard user can't retrieve this information. You can try to request a new feature for that.
