Pegar la información de un correo electrónico a un ticket en Jira

Buenas tardes.

Creé un ticket en Jira a partir de un correo, pero al copiar y pegar, las capturas no se pegaron junto al texto. ¿Hay alguna manera de que se pueda pegar correos extensos de muchas capturas para los tickets?

Hi @Laura García Prieto welcome to the community.  I apologize if there are any issues with the translation. I replicated the issue you are having in my instance.

I found these issues on Atlassian's Jira Site that seem related. JRACLOUD-71695 JRACLOUD-78722 

If this is the issue you're having, I'd suggest voting for them and watching them for updates.  I'll vote for them too.

That's the closest I can find, which tells me there are issues with pasting emails and expecting the images to be there.  You could ask support if these two issues are similar to the challenges you are having, or if a new Jira issue should be created.  Here's the link to Atlassian Support.  Select the 'Techincal Issues and Bugs" option.  

Hope that helps.  If there is a different JIRA number from Atlassian, if you can put it here, I'll vote for it too.
