Hi all,
We have some really good Auto rules in our Jira - for example a case being set to Closed after been resolved etc.
The issue I have is - the person who designed the automation Rules is no longer with the company, and his Name still shows when the Rule actions.....
Where in Jira Admin is the setting for the Automation admin?
Hi Nigel,
Have a look at Automation in de projectsettings of the project
Xxx.atlassian.net/projects/PROJECTKEY/settings/automation
and choose for the icon next to "Add rule".
Is this the place you are looking for?
Regards,
Marco
Hi Marco -
THANK YOU...
yes, that is where I need to go.
However, when I change the name, it is not being accepted? The dropdown shows "no options".
Is this because the rules were setup by the previous Site Admin?
Do I need to reset up the Rules in order to be the name in the frame :-)
Nigel

Which users have rights to the JIRA project?
Can you choose 1 of these people?

Ah - I see.
Understood - so pick one of the other Site Admins who has the same access/rights.
Thanks mate -
Got it.
