Placeholder for customer request type in Insight

I have an Insight Object customfield that I would like to filter when creating a request type in JSM Customer Portal. The customfield picks objects from Insight that have an attribute X that is a type select and with values = customer request type names.

When creating tickets I would like to filter only those objects whose attribute equal the name of the request type I am creating.
