Portal group description

 I could not find how group descriptions can be edited/changed in a project.

Hey @Carson Sham 

Currently it'a not possible to apply/change a portal group description. The portal group description in Jira Service Management will only bring the Request Types name added.

But if you want to change some information regarding your portal, follow these steps: Go to Project Settings > Expand Channel & Self Service > Select Portal
