Portal name doesn't fully display in the box

Hi, 

My portal name is 'Human Resources Management Department' but this name doesn't display in full on the help center page, is there anything I can do to make the full name visible?

Agreed with @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ You can make the text shorter like HR Management Department.

Hi,

This area for text is not customizable. You can make this text shorter or put detailed description (or full name for this portal) as an announcement banner.

Maybe one day will be possibility to change layout of this help center and display portals as a list not cards.
