Possibility to edit customer name

Previously it was possible to edit the displayed customer names in the administration section (admin.atlassian.com -> Directory -> Jira Service management). This function is now disabled and there is no such item in the menu. Is it still possible to change user names manually? Because many of our customers are displayed in the same way ( eg. as Maria or as Anna) and it is confusing.
