Possible to Show Details as collapsed?

Is it possible to display an issue while having the Details of the issue collapsed by default? I only need the details displayed if the user selects to show.

On Jira Service Management, currently, it’s not possible to select the default behavior for the Show/Hide details. 

Based on your question, I created a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Ability to configure the default behavior for Show/Hide details on portal and agent view
