we tried using the issue collector on one of our websites but jquery gets blocked by almost all Adblockers and since everyone uses them, not really helpful.
Hey @Robert Sander :) From what I remember, we created a form ourselves and connected it to our Jira Board through the Advanced Issue Collector. Its not great but since we don't get a lot of tickets, it works for us.
