Pre-Built Instructions in Description field in JSM portal

Can I have unique pre-built instructions within the description field for each request type in a JSM portal?

Hi @Ben Weisman ,

you can present instructions for each field displayed to the customer by going to Project settings > request types, click on the request type then click on the field in the form view. There you can enter the desired instructions.
