Explicando melhor, gostaria de saber se é possivel , por exemplo:
Chamado aberto no projeto departamente pessoal, após a resolução do mesmo automaticamente ser encaminhado para o financeiro para seguir com o mesmo ticket
To do this, there are some ways to resolve.

Second option: create a linkedissue after the resolution in the project financeiro and make the issues and SLAs in each project independent and easy tracking
