Pricing for AD users

Hi Everyone, We currently have about 700 users in our azure active directory (cloud) this is going to double in the next few months. We want to sync all users as "customers" to JSD and have their device details load as linked assets to their profiles.

Question is - Do we need to have a license for each user of our AD? which is probably going to go up to about 1500 users?

Hi @Marcus Soobiah 

Customers do not need a JSM license. So you don't need to buy a license for them, given the fact that they are ONLY CUSTOMERS for your JSM projects. The only thing you have to make sure, is to place them in a group which do not grant them product access.

great thanks for that. I will however be able to sync their AD data and have it as linked assets? i.e user A has a Dell with serial XXXX tied to their user?

I think that you will not encounter any problem to it.
