Hello! In our support system we have around 9 support agents. But we do only sit 1 person per week. Is it possible to setup so you only pay for 1-3 agent per month but can have it changing so lets say for example i sit 1 week, another 1 second week and another one third week and so on.

A licence is supposed to be allocated for each individual person who uses the system.
You could do something like this with shared accounts, but, don't. You'll mess up your tracking.
But you can still do it. It's a faff for your Jira admins, but possible. Imagine we have Alice, Bob and Charlie and they do support a week at a time as you describe.
Bear in mind that while your people are not agents, they will not be able to work on helpdesk issues, it's a complete removal from the role, not just the customer-facing part.
