Problem viewing tickets on a project

jcho@subcom.com October 2, 2018

Hello All,

I have a coworker who can not view any tickets even if he clicks on them. They do not open up to a new page and at first I thought he was added into the project, however I added him not only as a customer but also as an administrator just to see if it can fix the issue. Sure enough, he still couldn't access any tickets. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

please check project > project settings > people and view his/her role(s) for the project. Then check project settings > permissions and see if the role has been provided the necessary permissions (browse, etc.)

BTW, I would not make them an admin unless you indeed want them to admin the project. If you are using JSW in conjunction with JSD, you can create a group called say "JSD Collaborators" and add your desired JSW users into that group. Then edit permissions to allow that group to have the desired permissions.
