Hello together,
i have the following question. After migrating to jira cloud we saw that it isn't possible anymore to search through keywords which are included in ticket comments.
F.E.: If I add a comment to a issue (f.E.: BlueScreen) I don't find this ticket anymore.
do you have an idea why? can i configure this somewhere?

Hi @Florian Rindberger and welcome to the Community!
There is a specific, isolated search for text in comments that you can use:
comment ~ BlueScreen
It specifically drills down into the comments of your issues, rather than the generic
"text ~ BlueScreen" you would have used on server / DC.
