Problems Creating Site URL

Hi,

My Customer, already Admin in another company, created a new Organisation with Atlassian Guard as product. He used his desired URL.

He gave me access as an Org admin.

When I try to add Jira Service Management Product, Atlassian asks again for a site URL, and no surprise, the desired URL is already taken...

Why can't I use the already created URL for the Jira SM product?

Btw, the customer will use a Standard subscription, but since I cannot add the product, I cannot contact support directly...

HI @Mike !

Indeed it's strange that you can't add a JSM product to the Org and that its even asking you for the URL when you are adding the JSM product within the ORg. . Is the customer able to add it?

Thx for the answer. The problem was, that my customer created two different orgs, one when creating a site, and another one. I only had access to the second one...
