Problems with setting up approver in workflows

Hi,

I just want to setup an Service request with a approver group, where someone in this group has to accept the request.

The service request is created through a request form in the portal.

The request form is available for everyone, who has access to confluence.

I created a custom field with Group Picker (single group) and added it to multiple screens, context and projects.

My problem is, that I cannot see the custom field in the workflow scheme.

What am i doing wrong?

Hi @Tri-Sang Vo ,

Single group picker custom fields are not available as approval sources (yet). I've managed to find this request on JAC - JSDCLOUD-14900 Ability to add single group picker field to Approvers but I think there's another one (with a lot more votes). You might try to check out the following filter.

Anyway, the 'workaround' would be to use a multi-group picker field instead of a single select one.
