Product admin for Jira Service Management

Hi,

Someone know why is not possible to give the role "Product Admin" for Jira Service management?, this is possible in Confluence.

Do we need to enable something somewhere?

Hello @alchandia ,

Jira Service Management is a product that is built on top of the Jira Platform. If you are looking to grant product admin access that covers Jira Service Management, you would find this under the Jira Administration option:

Confluence has both the User and Product Admin options because it is an entirely separate product from the Jira family.
